my camera lense wont opne so i advice on how to open it.?
ive had it a year & a half. its a cyber-shot, 10.1 megapixels. sony. pleaaaaaaaase help! it lets me look at pictures & videos from the past on there but it wont let me take more photos or videos. i re4slly love this camera! but when i try to turn it on, it takes longer than usual & then it shows on the screen "turn camera off and on agaian" so i do then it repeats over & over & over again! ughhh pleaseeeeee help!
There isn't anything you can do to the camera to repair it, other than send it to an authorized service center. The cost of the repair will more than likely be more than the camera is worth.
Basically, it's time to buy a new camera.
Have you tried charging the battery overnight? If that doesn't work, bring it to an Authorized Sony Service Center. Don't forget to include the charger so they can also check if that works properly. Don't worry, Sony has the best aftersales service.
If it dropped and you pushed the lens back, it might be cheaper to just buy a new one. If it ran out of power with the lens out and you pushed it back, it would also be best to buy a new one.
