COOLPIX CAMERA FROZEE? I THINK..?

um turned my camera on today and its touch screen so i tried to touch it, and it wouldn't work. and i don't know what to but like im scared! i don't know if i locked anything.. or this little red flashy circle is in the middle, and i don't know what to do, has this ever happened to anyone else? answer please!

take out the batterey put it back in. that should do the trick.
