To tell the truth, i do not know what your least price mean.
But i do recommend you to give a glance at this link: [URL Truncated] from where you can enjoy spy cameras with prices range from less than $30 to more than $100. maybe there is the one you are satisfied with.
wish you good luck!

Depending on your application and exact project, the cheapest security camera that you are going to be able to get your hands on will probably only be able to tell you that someone is there and maybe give you a vague description of who they are.

If you are just trying to see what the kids or pets are up to, or if you want to just know that someone is in the house, you could get by with one of these two: [URL Truncated] or [URL Truncated] The first is just a color dome camera ($38), and the second is a low-end infrared dome camera ($39).

If you are trying to be covert about it, there are some spy cameras out there that disguise themselves as clocks, pens, etc. Some have built-in storage and power, too: [URL Truncated]

If you are more serious about the detail of the images and being able to recognize faces, or read words, etc, I would explore higher quality cameras - see: [URL Truncated]

You'll also need a recording DVR (digital video recorder), if you don't already have one - or at least a VCR to record into (those aren't really industry standard anymore). You can find DVRs on that same website I linked you to above.

Good luck!
