Does this seem like a reputable site?
I've been looking EVERYWHERE for an affordable waterproof camera, or a waterproof case that will fit my camera. Well, I finally found one, but it's for sale on this sort of sketchy seeming website. Do you think I should keep looking around for another place to buy, or just take my chances here?
i think that you need to buy it in a website that u know is not going to affect you. if the website looks too cheap/bad quality, don't . that's what i reccoment you. go to the pages that are mostly common. or go to the stores for more secure. good luck and i hope i helped!!! =D

Then go to B&HPhotoVideo.com and see how their prices compare.
Chances are if there is a problem with the seller, their name will come up in the Google Search...
B&H in NYC is Reputable and they have GREAT Customer Service.
Difficult for any of us to answer since you didn't give us the site.
There is however a way for you to find out. Go here for a rating. These folks use actual customer input to rate web stores.

I've bought stuff from no-name, online stores in the past and had no problems with them. It's kinda like buying from people on eBay. Most of the time, you don't really know much about the seller, just what they're promising to deliver.
There are a few things you can do to put your mind at ease, though. First, you can see if there are any ratings on the website by typing their name into a Google search, along with the word "reviews." Ex: "Ebay reviews" If the site you're looking up reviews products, you may have to sift through those results... You're looking for other sites that have customer reviews of the website you're wanting to purchase from.
Another thing you can try is looking them up on the Better Business Bureau's (BBB) website. [URL Truncated] You can see if there are any customer complaints and open cases.
Finally, check the website for a return policy, phone number and mailing address. Also make sure that when you place the order and get to the page requesting your credit card information, that the website is secure. Every web browser has it's own way of showing you whether a page is secure, so if you're not sure how to do this, just run a Google search on secure pages for your browser.
